ІНТЕРНАЦІОНАЛІЗАЦІЯ ЯК СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ НАПРЯМОК РОЗВИТКУ АКАДЕМІЧНОЇ ІНСТИТУЦІЇ

Стаття присвячена аналізу специфіки інтернаціоналізації академічних дослідницьких установ, перш за все, Національної академії педагогічних наук України (НАПН України). Проведено короткий огляд сучасної англомовної літератури, присвяченої інтернаціоналізації академічних установ та оцінці її ефективності. Проаналізовано ситуацію з інтернаціоналізацією за умов обмежених фінансових ресурсів та пандемії COVID-19. Особливий наголос зроблено на розробці та впровадженню ефективної стратегії інтернаціоналізації, яка включає реалістичні та обґрунтовані напрями інтернаціоналізації. Використовуючи в якості прикладу Стратегію інтернаціоналізації НАПН України, затверджену президією НАПН України 18 березня 2021 року, ми презентуємо ідентифіковані там напрями інтернаціоналізації із відповідними індикаторами, які можуть бути використаними в інших академічних установах України. Також ми порівнюємо деякі з наведених індикаторів із індикаторами, які оцінюють інтернаціоналізацію у провідних міжнародних університетських рейтингах (QS та THE).
