МОДЕЛЬ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ДО ТЬЮТОРСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-ОСВІТНЬОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ ЗАКЛАДУ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

У статті на основі огляду науково-методичної літератури проаналізовано існуючі моделі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів до тьюторської діяльності. Мета статті – розробити модель професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів до тьюторської діяльності у інформаційно-освітньому середовищі закладу вищої освіти. У результаті наукового аналізу на засадах системного підходу та дослідження теорії та практики тьюторства й підготовки до тьюторської діяльності в Україні і за кордоном було виділено складові професійної підготовки до тьюторської діяльності (цільова, філософсько-світоглядна, теоретико-методологічна, змістовно-процесуальна, критеріально-оцінювальна, результативна). Кожна складова розробленої моделі має свою реалізацію у інформаційно-освітньому середовищі, яке є інтегрованою в освітній процес сукупністю інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (технології дистанційного навчання, ІКТ загального призначення та ІКТ для тьюторського супроводу).
